School Council Meeting/Elections

Parents & Guardians,

Please make note that the first School Council Meeting of this school year is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018 at 6:15 p.m. in the School Library. All Parents and Guardians are welcome to attend this meeting and all School Council Meetings throughout the year. This first meeting is very important as Council Elections for Official Parent Representative Members, then Elections for Executive Positions on Council will take place. All attending Parents and Guardians will vote for these official Parent Representative positions.

For those parents/guardians who wish to run for a position as an official Parent Representative/voting member of School Council must have a; completed nomination form submitted on their behalf, or, a self-nomination form submitted  to the school prior to the meeting (updated). Once received, information (biographies included with nomination forms) regarding all nominees will be shared with the School Community prior to the September 26th meeting for consideration.

We look forward to seeing many parents and guardians out for our first meeting on September 26th, and we look forward to receiving many nomination forms for Parent Representative Members prior to the commencement of the meeting.
