Important Bussing Information

Parents/Guardians,

Please be reminded that if you have not received confirmation via mail or by speaking with Hamilton Wentworth Student Transportation Services that your child is eligible for riding the bus to and from school, they must not begin riding the week of September 4th. According the the HWDSB Transportation Policy, only students in Kindergarten who live further than 1.0 km from the school and students in grades 1-8 who live further than 1.6 km from the school are eligible to ride. All others must apply to become “Courtesy Riders” by completing the attached form. Courtesy seats will be granted based upon availability, age, distance from school, special circumstances, etc…. For more information, please contact HWSTS (https://www.hamiltonschoolbus.ca/index.aspx). Completed forms should be returned to the school as soon as possible and courtesy riders should not begin riding until approval has been received from the school.
