Please see below for a message regarding an upcoming film presentation taking place at Sherwood High School.

Thanks,
Mr. Pellizzari & Ms. Corbin-Harper

Hello all Sherwood Associate School communities,

Sherwood School Council and staff would like to invite everyone in your school community to a special showing of a documentary film called SCREENAGERS: Growing Up in the Digital Age.  Please join us on Tuesday, November 28 at 7 pm. It’s FREE, thanks to the sponsorship of School Council.

Award-winning SCREENAGERS probes into the vulnerable corners of family life, including the director’s own, and depicts messy struggles, over social media, video games, academics and internet addiction. Through surprising insights from authors and brain scientists solutions emerge on how we can empower kids to best navigate the digital world.  Sherwood School Council has previewed this film and now offers it to all parents/guardians (and students, too) who are interested in learning more about how to support children and teens with their screens.

Also, you may like to check out the trailer and read reviews of this film. Go to https://www.screenagersmovie.com/  for lots of information.

Please join us on November 28th.

Thanks,
Ms. Woof (Principal @ Sherwood)
