Glendale School Council Elections for the 2018-19 School Year

My name is Laurie Hazelton and I am interested in running for Chair of School Council at Glendale Secondary School.

I have a daughter in grade 11 at Glendale and son who graduated from the HWDSB and has recently graduated Mohawk College. I have been involved in several school council through my 18 years in the board. I have served as Chair for 4 of those schools was also on the PIC (Parent Involvement Committee) for many years and I enjoy working with my fellow parents, staff and admin at all of the schools.

I look forward to working with everyone at School Council this year and can’t wait to see what the 2018-2019 school years brings us and to see the accomplishments of the students
