School Council Information

Greetings Parents:

Our first School Council Meeting was held on Tuesday September 12th.

Our next School Council Meeting is on Tuesday October 17th at 7 p.m.

During this meeting we will be holding our elections for School Council Chair.

Ms. Hazelton has put her name forward to be Glendale’s School Council Chair for our 2017-2018 academic school year. Below is her information;

Laurie Hazelton

My name is Laurie Hazelton and I am interested in running for a chair or a Co-chair position at Glendale School Council.

I have a daughter in grade 10 at Glendale and a recently graduated son from the HWDSB now attending Mohawk College. I have been involved in several school council through my 17 years in the board. I have served as Chair for 3 of those schools and enjoy working with my fellow parents, staff and admin at all of the schools.

I look forward to working with everyone at School Council this year and can’t wait to see what the 2017-2018 school years brings us and to see the accomplishments of our students.
