Decision
A Board of Trustees meeting will be held on Monday, June 09, 2014 at Hamilton City Hall Council Chambers for Trustees to make a decision on Central Mountain regarding the recommendations in the ARC Report and Director’s Report. The Special Standing Committee for decision starts at 6:00 p.m
A Board of Trustees meeting will then be held on Monday, June 16, 2014 at Hamilton City Hall Council Chambers for Trustees to ratify the decision on Central Mountain. The Board Meeting for ratification starts at 6:30 p.m.

Delegations
Central Mountain Delegation Night will take place on Tuesday, May 06, 2014 6 to 10 p.m. at Hamilton City Hall Council Chambers. A special public meeting will be held to receive public input from delegations regarding the Director’s Report and the ARC Report. Delegates must register by 12:00 noon Tuesday, May 06. Please view the ARC Delegations tab for contact details and further information.

The Central Mountain elementary accommodation review will establish a committee to review student accommodation at the following schools:

Public Meetings
Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB) is holding public meetings for the Central Mountain accommodation review to provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions and to review the staff recommendation for the area. An accommodaton review takes into account school space, programming and possible school closures.
