Consent Forms for Gr. 9 iPad Distribution

Hey All Gr. 9s! Don’t forget to bring your green and yellow consent forms to school on Monday. Make sure your parent/guardian has reviewed all information with you and signs both forms. Students will be called to the Learning Commons by alpha and will only receive the iPad once both forms have been submitted. We anticipate it will take 3 – 4 days for the process to be completed.
