In Closing
We surveyed 13 students in our class to see who's parents work where. Four of the students parents worked at Dofasco. Two parents worked at hospitals in Toronto, and one parent worked as a paramedic. All of the other parents worked at other places.
These jobs ranged from Tim Hortons, to insurance, to demolition. These jobs have high and low degrees of
difficulty. Jobs such as a dispatcher, teacher, and painter have a low degree of difficulty. Jobs such as an accountant, homemaker, or paramedic have high degrees of difficulty. Parents who work at Dofasco have all levels of
difficulty. This is because Dofasco has many different types of jobs.
If you look at the pictures below you can see a slab of steel about 2 feet thick.
The white "H" on the blue background is a symbol of promise. The "H" represents the promise of the best hospital care in Ontario. Dramatic change is underway in Ontario's hospitals. This is because change is necessary.
Ontario's Hospitals are very dedicated to getting the care people need. They have been very low on money due to cut backs that have taken place in the last few years. The hospitals are trying to get that money back as fast as they can so they can give more care to people in need of hospital care. These cut backs have also resulted in many hospital floors being shut down. This resulted in many severe and non-severe patients not having rooms. This meant that they had to stay on a hospital bed in the halls. This resulted in many patients not getting the proper nurse care they needed. In result to this, many family members of patients were extremely angry. But these cut backs were not the hospitals fault. This was the fault of Mike Harris.
Homemakers jobs result in many jobs there are many homemaker associations in Ontario. One of the biggest homemaker association in Ontario is The V.H.A Association. The V.H.A association has many more difficulties than you think they have
different sectors and different jobs some workers go around to peoples houses and others stay at the office and take notes file reports and tell the workers which client to go to. If you are still wondering what this is all about it is for people that are sick and need extra help and care this is not only for the sick clients it is also for the elderly too.
