Due to a massive renovation to the Ancaster Aquatics Centre, the pool will be shut down until summer 2017.  Unfortunately we will NOT be able to host a swim portion of the Triathlon.  We will focus all of our energy to making the Duathlon a spectacular event ON MAY 26TH, 2017 (run 1 / bike / run 2)

We ask that you continue to support our initiatives and participate in the Duathlon. There will still be team options and individual options.  We will be back to running the FULL Triathlon in 2018!

Online Registration will OPEN APRIL 1st, 2017

If registering as a CLASS through a school…there is no rush to register.  Duathlon is capable of unlimited numbers of entries. We will not limit spaces available for registration.  You may register on Monday (together at school – if this helps)

Once registered, continue to collect pledges until Friday, May 1st, 2017.

Remember there are prizes for the most amount pledged, so collect as many pledges as you can – it’s going to great organizations!   $25 Minimum Pledge Amount.   $40 in pledges -name is entered into the draws for TWO mountain bikes donated by Ancaster Cycle and TWO pairs of running shoes donated by     Alchemy Crossfit.  Every $20 added on to the total pledges will enter your name into the draws more times. Unlimited number of entries possible. Your pledges are greatly appreciated!

Please download and print pgs 1-5 of the following registration package: forms MUST be handed in to Ancaster High School before 3pm May 1st, 2017.

 Duathlon Registration Package 2017

Registering online is the first part to signing up for the triathlon/Duathlon.  You also need to complete the registration package.  This package includes:

  • Team/ Individual Coversheet, Pledge Sheet, Permission & Medical Information Form – please submit these to your teacher representative
  • Triathlon / Duathlon Waiver
  • Submit the entire Registration Package to Ancaster High School              by 3pm May 1st, 2017)

NOTE: If you are registering as a team, please collect the Registration Package from all teammates and submit them as a single package.  This required process will help speed up the data collection system for organizing team information.

You must complete and submit this paperwork in order for your registration to be considered complete.  Failure to complete the required paperwork could result in your removal from the event.  Once all forms are submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

There are no limits to the DUATHLON registration entries.

Once registered, continue to collect pledges until Monday April 1st, 2017.  Remember there are prizes for the most amount pledged, so collect as many pledges as you can – it’s going to a great cause! We donate a minimum of $2500 to Bennetto Elementary School (Our grand total to date is $25,000). We also donate to The Terry Fox Foundation, the Cut Cancer Program at Ancaster High School to help families dealing with Cancer and to the Ancaster Fitness Fund to increase local physical fitness initiatives.

 Tax receipts will NOT be available for 2017
