Our school has one LRT and two ESL teachers who support our students in meeting expectations.
We have two SWIS (Settlement Workers in School) staff at Central School. These individuals work at Central on Monday and Thursday and are able to provide a variety of information and services to families and students.
Central School also has a partnership with Mohawk College. Students studying in the Early Childhood Education program, the Early Childhood Assistant program, and the Social Service Work program complete placements at Central.
Mentors from the Boys and Girls Club visit Central School on a very regular basis. We appreciate the efforts of these young adults in our school.
