Collegiate Ave. School Renewal
Dear Families,
On Monday, June 19, the Minister of Education announced $33.5 million in funding for the construction of two new JK-8 elementary schools and an addition at Collegiate Avenue School. The funding received is part of HWDSB reimagining its role in the community by renewing school facilities to better meet the needs of learners today and in the future.
This announcement affects the school communities of R.L. Hyslop, Green Acres and Collegiate Avenue, as part of the funding received will provide additional classroom and childcare space at Collegiate Avenue.
