Safe Schools – Shelter in Place Drill

Thursday, March 22 during period 2 we will be practising a Shelter in Place drill.
Shelter in Place is used when there is a potential environmental or weather-related hazard outside the school.
During Shelter in Place the doors and windows to the outside would be closed and in a real Shelter in Place our vents to the outside would be shut off. Shelter in Place would not affect anything happening inside the building. Class work would continue.
Staff and students have been informed of this drill and will be reminded ahead of time.
