Featured Athlete of the Week – Erin Gibbons – Waterdown

Erin Gibbons is a standout Division I varsity hockey player who has helped the Waterdown Warriors squad achieve a current seasonal record of 7 wins-2 losses-2 ties.  Erin, a grade 10 student, is a team leader when it comes to point production and her current average is 2.10 points per game.  In her spare time, Erin plays high level AA Midget hockey for the Oakville Hornets and plays lacrosse in the off-season.  She also loves baking and shopping and hanging out with her many friends.  Erin’s future goal is to obtain a scholarship and play varsity hockey at the University level.  Erin also looks very forward to helping lead her Warriors squad to another Division 1 city championship in 2017.
