Featured Athlete of the Week – Justin Jongsma – Guido de Bres

It is a pleasure to honour Justin as the Athlete of the week. Justin is a superb athlete. Some of his accomplishments include 2 OFSAA gold medals in High Jump and the HWIAC  finals in Soccer . He is currently the senior boys volleyball captain and with a dominant left hand, and is a fantastic right side hitter. He leads by example and the team rallies around him. On top of his busy athletic schedule he works hard to keep up his marks. He is hoping to pursue a career in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Justin is a pleasure to coach – he works hard at every practice and loves the pressure of playing in intense games. Justin represents our school well and we feel proud to acknowledge him as the featured
athlete of the week.
