SOCCER-B: Sir John. A. Macdonald captures boys championship

2014-15 Boys Soccer Champions – Sir John A. Macdonald

HAMILTON (May 22, 2015) – Sir John A. Macdonald Secondary School defeated Waterdown District High School 1-0 to earn the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board boys soccer championship Friday at Heritage Green Sports Park.

Done Paul scored the games lone goal for Sir John A. Macdonald on a header while Brayden FLores secured the shutout for the Chiefs.

Last year Sir John A. Macdonald captured the Division-II championship and previously won the boys title four previous times in the school’s history.

SIr John A. Macdonald will represent HWIAC (Zone-I) at the Southern Ontario Secondary School Association (SOSSA) championship on May 27th. The game will be hosted by Dennis Morris CSS in St. Catharines, Ont.
