Shoes with Wheels

Parents are asked not to send “heeley’s” (shoes with wheels on them) to school.  We are concerned about children traveling up and down stairs, moving too quickly through hallways and also with using the paved ramps on the playground.  We have had a number of scraped hands and knees in the past and we would really like to avoid injury to self and others.
