Hello all!   

I want to thank everyone who has returned their chocolate forms to the school.   

If you have not returned them I ask that you please clearly indicate your childs name and teacher on the form. Without this information we do not know who to send a box him with.

If your child comes home with another form in the next couple days it is because we were unable to identify whether or not they were participating. Please fill out promptly and return to the school. We don’t want to send a box home that you don’t want 😃
