Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board has adopted a governance structure that clearly delineates the roles and responsibilities of the Director, the Chair of the Board, the Board of Trustees and Senior Officials.
Trustees and Executive Council meet regularly throughout the year to discuss the Board’s Strategic Direction, Policies and Procedures and regular updates on Budget matters. The Board Meeting Schedule is posted in advance and the public are welcome to attend.
