The Strategic Directions that we embraced in March 2010 represent an ambitious, four year blueprint that will guide Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board to future success.
We are moving in the direction where achievement, engagement and equity matter, and where our efforts give all of our students the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Educators know that not all students learn in the same way, this is why our job is challenging and requires a broad selection of strategies and supports. Our standards are high, and our support for our students is effective.
From early reading to 21st century fluencies, from safe schools to parent engagement, our priorities will harness our staff talent and community ties for great results.
