Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board’s (HWDSB) Board of Trustees assigned the responsibility for Budget Planning and Development of the school board’s budget, to the Finance Advisory Sub-Committee (FASC).

The purpose of FASC is to provide advice and to make recommendations to the Board on matters related to financial management, school operations and facilities management.

In order to provide for the development of the 2013/2014 budget the following key steps and timelines have been identified by the FASC:

HWDSB’s goal for this budget is carry out our Annual Operating Plan in order to fulfill our Strategic Directions.
