At the beginning of a school year, students are commuting to school by foot, by bicycle, by bus and by family car.� It is a strategic time to remind all parties involved that with awareness and education, children can get to school and back home again safely.��Other topics covered by Canada Safety Council include emergency preparedness and other environmental safety concerns.
